Broxted Heritage Redevelopment, St Kilda East

Heritage redevelopment and subdivision of the Broxted property in St Kilda East, involving conservation of a significant Arts and Crafts residence and the introduction of a modest rear addition and contemporary townhouses. The project included preparation of a Heritage Impact Statement and resulted in a successfully approved planning permit within a heritage overlay.
