Ivanhoe Park Croquet Club Upgrade, Ivanhoe East

Conservation and upgrade proposal for the Ivanhoe Park Croquet Club, a locally significant recreational pavilion set within a historic parkland setting.

The proposal, led by Cassisi Architects, involves the careful adaptation of the existing timber clubhouse to support its ongoing community use, including internal reconfiguration, improved accessibility and a new subordinate extension.

Gosia Gabrys Architect prepared the Heritage Impact Statement, guiding a conservation-led approach that retains the building’s modest pavilion character, primary gabled form and relationship to the croquet greens, while enabling necessary functional upgrades.
