Wuchatsch Farm Conservation & Subdivision, Lalor

Conservation and redevelopment of Wuchatsch Farm, a State-listed heritage site in Lalor, including restoration of bluestone farm buildings and subdivision of the site for residential development.

Gosia Gabrys Architect provided heritage advice and documentation to support both Heritage Victoria approval and town planning permit, enabling the subdivision of the site and integration of new dwellings.

The project involved the stabilisation and reconstruction of significant heritage elements, including the bluestone stables, milking shed and stone structures, ensuring their long-term conservation while accommodating new development.
